Birthmark CANCELLED for real this time, BUT!

Yes. This time I'm serious about this. I know that back in April I said that I'm cancelling Birthmark, but that was just an April fools joke. This time though.. I'm drop dead serious. BUT! There's a flip side to this!

To those who actually followed the comic, no need to worry! For I have good news as well! Birthmark will come back in 2016!
Yes, you heard me! 

I've been secretly plotting of rewriting the story and changing some things. So, unfortunately you won't see the current version of Birthmark anymore, because in 2016, when it comes back, you'll see that I've made some huge changes to it. It no longer will be 'comic - animated short film - comic - the end' anymore. It'll be one, long comic shared into three acts. Act 1 will consist of the original Birthmark as rewritten version, act 2 will be rewritten comic version of The servant of Herobrine and act 3 will be rewritten version of Projekt Devil. So I'm bringing the trilogy into a one consistent comic. There will be a whole lot less chapters, due to me wanting longer chapters, so I decided to write the new script so that two chapters from the original version are written together as a longer chapter. For example: chapter 1 - when night comes and chapter 2 - truth or dare? will be rewritten and combined so that the chapters are around 30 pages each. So the first act will now only have 25 chapters. Originally the whole trilogy was supposed to have 100 chapters, with over 1400 pages + a 20 minutes long short animated movie, but that was just too much and big.

The reason why I'm cancelling and rewriting Birthmark is because it wasn't planned well. It started out as an improvised comic that later grew into that huge pile of nothing but poorly planned shit. I started out with characters that weren't complete, a world that wasn't complete, heck I even added more characters afterwards and it all just started to grow out of hands. And just the quality of the earlier pages and the style change in between. Looks terrible.

So now I'm going to build my characters and the world properly, before rewriting the script. I'm going to plan this reborn version of it much better. The comic itself will also go through a name change. As for now, while it's under construction, I'm just calling it 'Birthmark Reborn' but the name'll be changed when I start publishing it.

I will be working on the characters and the world alongside with my other comic project, Rave's Night at Flumpty's and after RNaF is finished, I will start working wholly on Birthmark Reborn. Some of the characters will also be revamped and renamed. 

But yeah, until 2016, you can still read the old pages before I delete them.
